Service description
SelectCursor provides embedded engineering talent and agency product delivery services for Proptech and Fintech companies. Services are scoped per engagement via written agreement.
Payment terms
Talent engagements are billed monthly in advance. Agency projects follow milestone-based invoicing as defined in the project proposal. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
IP ownership
All work product created for the client is owned by the client from day one. SelectCursor assigns all intellectual property rights upon creation, subject to the engagement agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for the purpose of the engagement. NDAs are standard in every contract.
Limitation of liability
SelectCursor's liability is limited to the fees paid under the relevant engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
