Ali brings 6+ years of experience building proptech and fintech platforms and leading distributed teams. He manages client workflows, freelancer operations, and end-to-end solution delivery. Ali oversees agency engagements and ensures smooth project execution.

Ahmad

Co-founder & Talent Lead

Ahmad is a hands-on technical lead with deep experience across multiple platforms and system architectures. He drives engineering execution and mentors talent across the network. Ahmad leads technical vetting and scalable delivery practices.

Our story

SelectCursor started when three founders saw the same problem repeatedly: Proptech and Fintech scale-ups needed senior engineers who understood their domain, but traditional hiring was too slow and agencies either lacked technical depth or charged opaque rates.

We built a boutique model where clients talk directly to founders no account managers, no sales teams. Same people who vet engineers, scope projects, and stay involved throughout the engagement.
